POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND DISCLAIMERS

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND VOUCHER POLICY:

All requests for enrollment cancellation must be made in writing via email to eastandsouthsd@soccershots.com. Please provide the participant’s first and last name along with the class you wish to cancel. See refund/voucher eligibility requirements below.

Full Voucher Request (Before Season Start):

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to eastandsouthsd@soccershots.com at least 1 week before the scheduled start time of the first class. Soccer Shots is not able to issue refunds, rather a full voucher of what was paid will be sent to you.
• Cancellation requests made within 1 week of the first class will result in a one-class fee.

Partial Vouchers (After Season Start):

• Cancellation requests made after the season has started will be prorated from the date of your request, based on the remaining classes (regardless of attendance).
• Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time of the upcoming class will result in the charge of that class.
• Partial vouchers can be processed up until 48 hours after the conclusion of the third class.

• Vouchers do not expire and can be used for any product or another child.

Non-Issuance of Refunds or Vouchers:

• No refunds or vouchers will be issued after a program's scheduled end date.
• Refunds or vouchers will not be issued for missed sessions due to personal reasons (e.g., travel, illness, schedule conflicts).
• The Annual Registration, which is charged once every 365 days, is non-refundable and cannot be waived.

$75/month Installment Plan Information:

• You may choose the option to pay $75 each month, until the total balance of the season is paid off. You are choosing to break down the total cost of the season over a set period of months, not necessarily $75 each month you play. There is no extra tax or interest associated with this payment option.
• Once registered, you are committed to paying and attending the season in its entirety.
• Your card will be auto-billed the $75 every 30 days from when you initially registered, regardless of season start date. If payment is late, and not paid within 7 days of first notice, a $20 fee will be added onto the balance.

Weather Policy:

• Soccer Shots may cancel class due to inclement weather such as extreme heat, extreme cold, low air quality, or intensive rain with frigid temperatures (subject to the discretion of Soccer Shots, Parks & Rec, & your child’s school).
• We often wait until the day of class to make a decision in order to get a more accurate assessment. The decision to attend class is always up to you.
• We will send communications via text and email as soon as a decision is made to cancel a class.

Program & Season Cancellations:

• Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. We always try to have as many children on each team as possible to receive the full benefit of the program. Upon cancellation, we will attempt to find alternative programming or a full credit voucher or full refund of remaining practices will be offered.
• Cancellation notices will be sent by email and text, to the contact information we have on file.
• If, for any reason, a program is canceled prior to the start of the season we will offer a full credit voucher or refund for the cost of the season.
• If, for any reason, a program is canceled once the season has begun, we will offer a prorated voucher or refund of remaining practices.

Make-Up Classes:

• Make-up sessions cannot be scheduled for individual players unable to attend scheduled sessions for personal reasons (vacation, illness, etc).
• Make-up classes can only be scheduled if Soccer Shots needs to cancel due to circumstances within our control (EX: coach emergency).

Parent Attendance Policy:

• It is required that a parent or guardian remain on site during the entire duration of Soccer Shots - Public or Park Classes. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all children, as well as to create a positive and engaging environment for everyone involved. We understand that parents may have other obligations, but we kindly request your cooperation in prioritizing your child's safety and enjoyment during the class.

Dismissal Policy - for Camps and School or Childcare Center programs:

• Coaches will check IDs of anyone picking up children at dismissal.
• If your child is to be picked up by anyone else, please update your account or contact our offices with details for the authorized pickup person (full name and phone number).
• Parents are expected to arrive a few minutes before the scheduled end time of a session. Additional charges will be incurred at $1 dollars a minute, if children are not picked-up within 10-minutes of a program’s scheduled end time.
